Effector is a company that pays close attention to quality. We want to improve the effects of our environmental activities and that’s why we decided to implement the Integrated Quality Management System IS 9001 and the Environmental Management System ISO 14001.

OUR MISSION

Our company’s mission is to maintain the position on such markets as surface and mechanical aluminium treatment, production of decorative strips, gutter drips, window veneers, wood-aluminium systems and prefabricated aluminium windows and doors. We try to achieve this goal in the most eco-friendly way. The Quality and Environmental Management Policies stem from our long-term business strategy which aims at maintaining a strong and stable market position as well as maintaining the status of a quality and reliable company which takes into account the interests of business partners and society in its business activities.

 

The main directions of the quality and environmental objectives are:

• Systemic approach to quality and environmental management by continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the implemented Quality Management System,
• Monitoring and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes and finding new solutions to meet the needs and expectations of customers, while meeting the environmental legal requirements,
• Implementation of the principle that all employees are responsible for the quality and environment, starting from the Company Chairman, and ending with the simplest operations performed by employees,
• Improving customer relationships through continuous improvement of products, timely delivery and professional service,
• Improving the skills of our employees, through systematic training, to ensure product quality and to develop the awareness that the responsibility for quality and environment equals the responsibility for a company.

Quality Management Policy and Environmental Management Policy implementations are systematically monitored by external audits and management reviews.

Environmental Policy Effector S.A. is implemented under the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management Systems. Thanks to these procedures we are able to implement measure in a comprehensive way which means that we embrace not only separate stages, but also the whole process.

Thus, we approach environmental issues in macro-scale and micro-scale, focusing on job safety and quality as well as creating our employees’ awareness.

We take into account the needs of our Partners and Clients. This goes together with our Company’s philosophy, which includes modern ecological trends and the importance of social and environmental mission of a company with a friendly public image.

The Environmental Management System PN-EN ISO 14001 includes the following environmental procedures:  

• Identification of legal regulations and other environmental requirements,
• Identification of environmental aspects,
• Checking and taking corrective and preventive actions,
• Establishing the actual metrics, measuring and monitoring,
• Communication and reporting,
• Operational monitoring,
• Keeping records of waste.

While implementing Environmental Policy in our company, we developed effective recycling and wastewater treatment systems. In recent years we have introduced numerous measures of that kind. 

The most important measures are:

 

The impact of Effector S.A. operations on the environment is constantly monitored. We measure the amount of generated waste, air pollution levels, the amount of used water and wastewater as well as noise emission. Moreover, the company monitors the compliance of its operations with all legal and regulatory requirements.
